Yes, Flanelia ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your destination and are calculated automatically at checkout.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also use our Track Your Order page at any time.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to make a change, please contact us at contact@flanelia.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee modifications once an order has entered fulfillment.

How do I initiate a return?

When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Do you offer exchanges?

How should I wash my Flanelia bathrobe?
